Quote Your cabinet is planned to have WBC FTTC by 31st March 2011. Our test also indicates that your line currently supports a fibre technology with an estimated WBC FTTC Broadband where consumers have received downstream line speed of 28.7Mbps and upstream line speed of 6.2Mbps.
So as I read that my line supports a fibre technology now which is great, but then WBC FTTC isn't in my cabinet yet? How can my line therefore support a fibre technology when my cabinet doesn't have it?
Thanks

This means your line is on a compatible technology for use of FTTC, i.e a single PSTN line with no products or service on the line that would inhibit FTTC use.
However FTTC will not provisionally be available until March 31st, when work is due to complete to allow FTTC from your local cabinet.
