Waiting to join the trail - No response since Nov 24.

Hello, I'd like to join the FTTC trail - I raised a help desk tick as directed on Nov 24, but I've not received any acknowledgement yet.
My ticket number is 37373056.
Is the trial still open to new participants? I'd really like to get on board.

If i remember rightly... there was a note on the ticket system for signing up to the trial saying it may not be picked up for a week or 2.

There's been a bit of snow recently, you might have noticed  , so I suspect PN support have been both short staffed and busy.
I've got a ticket open for it too and am chomping at the bit to get off my lousy 1meg ADSL2+ line  but in the wise words of Sir Gary of Barlow I guess we just have to "have a little...... paaaaatience"
