Very laggy.

Recently moved to plusnet. Very disappointed as seems to be very laggy. Keeps dropping speeds.
Think I have made a big mistake, never had issue with previous broadband, fibre now is worse.

Is that using a wired or a wireless connection ?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

We use both and they both lag. My old broadband with sky worked better.

I am sorry to hear of the issues you are facing, I have run a diagnostics test and no fault in respect of the internal socket nor external infrastucture has been detected nevertheless that does not rule out the possibility of there been a WIFI or router problem occuring.
