Upload speed increase

Hi,

Will the upload speed improvements to 10Mb/s for Unlimited Fibre be applied to FTTP customers?

I received an email saying the changes would be made during November, but haven't seen any improvement yet.

Hi Rob.

It should be before the end of November.

Let us know if nothing happens come the 1st so we can investigate this.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
