Trying to sign up for FTTP trial

I am about to throw the computer out of the window.

 

I have answered all the questions in the 'ask your question' box.

 

I have input my mobile number in the question box and the 'receive updates by text' box.

 

Then a box called plusnet.portal keeps popping up and asking me to enter a valid mobile number. 

I have tried clearing the cache and also using a different web browser, with no joy.

 

Anyone any ideas?

Welcome to the community forums @teamallan17

 

By any chance does your mobile number start with 074?

 

As a workaround, just make a note at the end of the normal text box advising you would like text message updates and then don't tick the box for text updates and don't enter a mobile number.

Whoever picks the ticket up should still be able to manually select the option to send a text message update for you.

Thank you also for the information - my number does begin 074. Changed it to the wife's number and it worked.
