Please would someone at plus.net be able to take a look at ticket number 178699512.
If my reading of the BT Wholesale DSL checker is correct then FTTP would appear to now be enabled (if it isn’t yet it will be very shortly).
I would like to sign up for the trial and would be grateful if someone could assist with what is required in addition to raising the ticket?
Many thanks,
Patrick,

Does the DSL Checker say "WBC FTTP" in LEFT hand column and is there a further column entry of "1 stage" or "2 stage"
http://www.dslchecker.bt.com/adsl/adslchecker.welcome
Is so, then keep an eye on the ticket and answer any questions. As far as I know the OpenReach FTTP team doesn't work weekends so your order can't be placed until tomorrow at the earliest (assuming one of the FTTP trained staff picks up your ticket then).

Many thanks for your reply, it does indeed say ‘WBC FTTP’ and says ‘1 Stage’ under Install Process (just to the right of available).
No immediate hurry so will wait for a response to the ticket.

One stage means one visit for the install (hopefully). You need to be present for the ONT install in your premises. Apart from that it should be straight forward.

Many thanks, I have now received confirmation of the appointment which is fine.
A new ticket has appeared on my account stating that 'A LLU PSTN cease has been placed on this account....'
Please can someone confirm that this only relates to the transfer of broadband to FTTP, the phone line that my ADSL currently sits on is not part of our current plus.net package and I don't wish it to be affected by the change to FTTP.

Thanks for flagging this, it relates to the broadband provision as we can't cease a phone line which doesn't belong to us.
I've closed the ticket off now as it was an automated one raised with a view to close your account which isn't necessary in this case.

FTTP installed this afternoon, fairly tricky cable run from pole to termination point, cable run very neatly and tidied up old cable at the same time.
Speedtest.net currently shows 6.5Mb download and 20Mb upload but I'm guessing thats due a profile needing changing somewhere?
Many thanks,

Thanks for your reply @pmhkeene. I have sent your account off to the relevant department to get your account changed over to the right product. They should be able to action this within the next 24 hours and they will send some confirmation once they have processed it for you.
Apologies for the inconvenience this has caused.
