Hi @aj22,
I am sorry to hear that you have not had a call back regarding this issue.
I can see on the other occasions where we have spoken to you regarding the problems, it appears to be a Wi-Fi related issue in the home.
What we would look at doing is attempting to identify exactly what is causing this Wi-Fi issue.
You mention that your old service was better than this, was the old router position in a different location or room from where it is now?
The router location could be a large part in why this has changed significantly.
Last time I think we got out a new router to you, but you are still experiencing the exact same issues?
Our tests show clear and no faults on the network, so I can only think this issue is still to do with the router location, or the how the Wi-Fi travels around the house.
It would be easier for me to call you, when would be the best day/time for us to reach out to you to look into this?
Or if you would prefer we can discuss this further on there, it's up to you.
I look forward to hearing from you, and sorry again for the issues with the Wi-Fi.
Kind regards, Lex

Heya @aj22 👋
I'm sorry to hear that you're still experiencing lag, even with a wired connection. I have conducted several tests on the line, and none of them indicated any faults. To help me better understand and possibly diagnose the issue, could you please provide more information about your setup?
1. You mentioned that your TV is hard-wired. Is it connected directly from the back of the router, or is it going through a booster?
2. Do you have a smart TV, and is it possible to run a speed test, and if so, can you provide the speeds you are getting?
Look forward to your response

I ran a speed test on last night on tv and it read 80 speed.
that sounds about right for a TV. Most TVs only have 100Mb ethernet ports.
