Technical specs for FTTP

As folks will have probably realised by now from my posts - I'm new to FTTP - and after having learnt all the problems with ADSL - forcing RF done a two wire line designed just for voice frequencies - now we have an optical data circuit that can easily handle 300M !.
I've tried searching around the web for detailed description of the technicalities of FTTP  ( I was a radio system engineer - and know how digital muxes work ) - but haven't found much.
Can anyone help with references on the net on how FTTP works?Huh

Re: Technical specs for FTTP

Thank you very much  Cheesy
It would help if PN included this page in their own search - I put FTTP in the PN website search box and got nothing!!.
I still don't understand why PN still regard FTTP as a trial when BT and Zen offer it as a standard product ?

Re: Technical specs for FTTP

use the insert image tag , second row of icon , second one in.
But pick a very small image as not everyone wants to see a mega size image in a signature
Rules for signatures state:
"Signatures should be no more than 5 standard lines of text, including blank lines. Image based signatures should be no larger than 100x560 pixels with a file size of 40kB. "
