Hello,
Hoping @Gandalf will see this and be able to help...
I thought my FTTP service seemed a little slow today so have run a speed check on various sites (BT Wholesale, Speedtest.net and thinkbroadband.com)
I am getting varying results, but at absolute best it seems I am getting 20Mb down and 20Mb up, often times significantly worse than that. These tests all done using a wired 1GbE connection
I've tried to do the BT Wholesale Further Diagnostics tests but it's not accepting my address so need my service ID I suspect.
Any help much appreciated.

Hi David.
I think I've fixed this for you now.
Looks like this was the fallout from when your account was closed and reactivated.
The speed profile de-configured itself. Can you retest in about 5 minutes?

Hi David. Everything looks OK on your account still, and from what we can see from testing the circuit there's no major issues flagging.
Can you try rebooting your router and let us know how your speed looks afterwards?
