Speed issues since october

Hi,

Just noticed that since 18th Oct my broadband speed had not reached above 20mb and my upload has remained around expected. (Should be 80/20)

I have a samknows box on my line so plenty of data to back the issue up.

Still no update on this one  @HarryP, @Gandalf would appreciate if you could give this ticket a nudge please? Keen to get resolved asap. First issue in over 10 years that I've had with Plusnet. A bit disappointed by the lack of response thus far.

No problems. Yeah a lot of the time we just have to arrange an engineer visit.
