Could update my speed profile, as I am currently on the 330/30 trial since 2012. Only last month has slowed down

Dave, I have just restarted my BT modem and router twice but still when completing a speed test (BT & Speedtest.net) both get maximum 20mb download speed. Upload goes to 30mb, so is fine.
I have attached the screenshot of my line speed still showing 20mb.

Weird, just tried resetting it again, can you give it another disconnect/reconnect please and see if that fixes it.

Hi I am currently on FTTP trial at 76/20 (it's the rules apparently - I get the same speed as unlimited FTTC for the same price). I just (last few days) noticed I am only getting 15/20.Tried power cycling the modem and rebooting everything else but no luck. I raised a ticket in the Member Centre but I think I need to sort it out here, not there. This may have been like this for some time as I have seen funny speed problems - even buffering of Youtube and iPlayer! And just now (just past midnight on 25th) I lost all data, which came back after about 10 minutes by itself.
Can you help please?

changi - looks like the problem on your account is fixed and one of the fault guys will try and work out why it happened.
To everyone else on 300Mbps we've just rolled out the fix for the 300Mbps profile, if you disconnect/reconnect you should see the faster speeds again.

Thanks Dave yes it's fixed.
I saw another hole in service just after midnight so shall keep an eye on that. That's using an Ethernet connection BTW, not WiFi. Not been a big problem yet but if we were watching TV or a film it would be.

Dave I just reset my fibre line and Router as you said the speed issue for the 330/30 lines has been fixed and now my speed is
slower then before. Current speedtest results are all within 25-34Mbps download and 24-30 upload. Before the reset my results
we're around the 90Mbps as you reduced the line to 100/30 a few months ago.
BT line checker lists a maximum of 319.25 for my line and 30Mbps upload.
It says my IP profile for the line is 319.25Mbps.
Could you please investigate and possible fix this for me?

Hello Bob I have reset my modem and router and the speed has increased to a fixed 72/30, which is better then before but nowhere
near the 330/30. I have done several test including at 2am and the download is a constant 72 Mbps. Could you please have a look
again as it looks like I have been setup for your normal retail Fibre speed and not the test 330/30 I have been on for the last year.

I have done a reset and now I am averaging 160-190Mpbs, which I am happy with.
I will run more speed tests later when it is not so busy.
Now I can fully test my Netgear Nighthawk 7000.
So far I am very happy with it.

is there any change I can increase my profile from an 80/20? 300 would be great.... currently on the business charging scheme, thanks
