Hi there,
Yesterday, after a day of heavy rain, my wifi stopped working - with the router light showing orange. I left it on overnight but no change today. I’ve tried to turn the router off and on a few times, but no luck. Can someone look into this for me please?

Which would be fine if shuntai had internet access. They might not have enough mobile data to use that route either.
A more tortuous alternative could be calling 0800 4320200

Thanks a lot for reaching out and I'm really sorry to hear about your recent loss of service. Testing your line this morning has uncovered a fault with the WLR (phone) network which is having a direct impact on your broadband. I've raised this matter with Openreach and we're hoping to have the issue resolved by 04/10/2021.

Thanks @adam945 , thanks everyone. The engineer came around on the weekend and fixed it after a couple of hours. All sorted for now.
