Slow evening speeds

I've raised a ticket for this (137213975) but thought I'd post here too, to make sure it get seen by the correct members of staff.

My speeds are slowing every evening, and have been for most of the month. Stats from my Sam Knows logging attached.

I've made sure that ticket has been moved to the correct pool for you, to ensure it's seen by the appropriate team.

I was asked to run the BT speedtest but the second part of it doesn't work. Is that because I'm on FTTP?

You need Plusnet to give you the "Broadband circuit Service ID" as that is the only way I can get the further diags to run on FTTP. You just complete that 1 field (ignore the rest) .
