Hi
for the last 3 days now ive been getting around 1.6 to 1.8 download speeds as apposed to the 60 to 94 download speed, ive rebooted the modems 3 times and left off for around 10 mins, but still gettig the same slow speeds, ive just recently changed product to 60 gig a month download and not sure if that may have changed things.
please help.....

Check your IP profile in the first instance. The change of product could mean you've been put back on an ADSL profile inadvertantly.

Have you checked your Plusnet IP profile in the Member Centre?
