@Rshep20 Can you please post a screenshot of your router stats?
For the Hub Two -
Navigate from the Home Screen to Advanced Settings > Technical Log > Information
Obscure your username.

If this is Full Fibre then I would suggest the router stats are not going to reveal anything about the connection, just confirm the WAN connection speed which should be 1000Mbps and the connection up time.
A speedtest might be more helpful

@Dan_the_Van Agreed - however, I see many people posting saying they have 'Full Fibre' when they are actually on FTTC.

Cheers, @Rshep20 - so you are on FTTP - @Dan_the_Van 's suggestion of a speed test - use Speedtest.net - The Global Broadband Speed Test is valid.

Can you confirm whether this is using a wired Ethernet or wireless connection? If wireless can you test over Ethernet?

Performed speedtest with Ethernet. screenshot attached. 94.78Mbps. Would expect more than that.

If that assumption is correct - and I'm not doubting it - then the only thing I saw on that last speed test that would have me asking questions is the ping times, although I don't believe that is the full story - I'm on a 100/20 package and occasionally see 'high' pings, but still get the full D/L speed.
@Rshep20 Do you have machine you can connect direct to the ONT?

Good point, @dvorak . Anyway, I think I'll leave it to those with more knowledge than me - I'm taking a sabbatical (well, nearly) from tomorrow until after the holidays.

the 94mbits would be indicative of a faulty cable.
If you have a spare cable can you try that. Also what package you got @Rshep20
