Hi,
I applied for to be on the FTTP trial when it became available over a year ago but due to building work on the house the installation couldn't be done. The external part of the work is finally complete so please can you re-activate my order - let me know if I need to sign up for the trial again.

Hi Ben. We can't re-activate the order I'm afraid but if you can sign up again at trials.plus.net we'll get a new order placed.

Hi,
The fibre install was completed yesterday (less than 2 weeks - I wasn't expecting that!!!!). My download speeds are still 7Mb although the upload is showing the expected 20Mb - is there a switch that needs to be flicked to change my account from an ADSL profile to an FTTP one?

The answer is yes - FTTP is not integrated into PlusNet back office systems so sometime today (hopefully) an FTTP trained staff member will do the necessary and "flick the switch"
A router re-boot is then required.

Hi there.
Thanks for getting back to us. I've got to make a few changes on our side, I'm doing that now. In doing this, you might get a few odd Emails, don't worry about it, it's all quite normal.
If you reboot your router, you now should now be live on fibre
