Request to cancel phone line

Hello,

 

We have been on the trial for a few months and are pleased with the speeds we now get. When we signed up we had already paid upfront for the saver line rental. Now that that has completed, please can we cancel the line rental?

@rebeccabg  I think Tony wanted you to reply to the ticket on your account, have you done this? You will be charged an extra £2.50 a month for your FTTP service but that's a lot less than the line rental so worth it.

Fix

I've placed the cease order now for you which should complete within 24 hours, and I'll let you know via your account once this has been done.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
