Hi,
For the past month I have been having drop outs on the connection.
Most last only a few minutes, but they happen once or twice a day now.
Is it possible to see if this shows up on the PlusNet end. I still don't know if the problem is mine or the ISPs. ![]()

I'm really sorry to see you're having drops in your connection.
I've tested your line tonight, and the tests aren't showing any issues, but I can certainly see the drops. I've attached a graph below showing this. As your modem's holding sync, it's potentially unlikely to be a wiring problem.

Do you happen to have another router you can try to rule out your existing one?
