Raised FTTC request on Saturday and haven't heard anything yet...

Hi,
Haven't been on these forums for some time.
My exchange went live with FTTC at end of March and finally the cabinet was finally done last week, I raised a ticket on Saturday to get moved over and it hasn't even been looked at yet. Support stats reckon tickets are done in 5 hours!

It wasn't picked up by anyone who posts on here Wink
It's worth noting the line on the page you raised the ticket from: Please note these ticket pools are not directly monitored by the Customer Support Centre and that it may take up to 7 to 14 days for your ticket to be acknowledged.

Hmm, I didn't notice that about the not being monitored. Are they really not looked at for up to 2 weeks? Seems a long time.
I've asked them to change the date though, as I specificaly said I can't do Wednesdays, but in the ticket it mentioned both 26th and 27th, so I'm not 100% sure what date it will be done.
Can't wait to get off the 1.5mb that I've had since moving house, I was spoilt with the 8mb I used to get...

At the moment FTTC is in a trial phase and the CSC are learning the provisioning processes. Once the full products are launched on 19th April (next week) standard turnarounds should be the norm.

Come on Chris, you have been through the tick and thin of Plusnet trials Wink
It is indeed completely manual process at the moment, and might I add, we don't use good old eCo for this but a web based version eCo+.
I hate it with a passion and it's slow.

Fair enough Phil, I'm just very eager to get this sorted out! Thanks to everyone at Plusnet for dealing with the ticket, roll on 26th April Smiley
