Can someone please update my mates question? He's been waiting for 7 months now for his FTTP to be installed and almost 2 months since the last update. Thanks

Really sorry about the lacking response, unfortunately with FTTP being a trial the responses can on occasion be delayed, I see there was an update 2 weeks ago but things have changed since then, my colleague Piers has your account noted though and he has said he will get an update on there by the end of today.

Hello,
My mate did get an update after your help, and since then he had seen BT Openreach putting up blue rope between the telegraph poles where the fibre will go which we assume proves that line of sight is OK but since then nothing further has happened. Could you please chase up again as we have now passed the 9 month point? Thanks

Well apparently Openreach yesterday went ahead and did the external works at my friends house. Though he was not expecting it, he is well pleased and now has the external box on the wall. He asked the engineers when they would be doing the internal work, but they told him to ask PlusNet. He has updated this ticket number but I thought I would ask on here too as it's such an old, live ticket (nearly 11 months!). Now that the external works have been completed, when we he get his internal install?
