Can Matty or someone at PN have a quick look at my line? I don't think the fault checker will work for my line as I don't have any voice attached.
My TBB graph seems to show a heck of lot of dropped packets however it's mostly when I'm not at home so I suspect it's possibly the router dropping them rather than responding to them and not my line. There's also several periods a week where my internet appears to drop overnight, this is correlated with my heating system saying that there was no connection for temperature recording. I've also noticed more buffering on streaming than when I had FTTC.

Yeah, that looks pretty unwell. The line test has failed as well which I don't often see for FTTP.
It might be an MSO, though I have raised with BT so I'll hopefully have more information this afternoon.

Sorry that this is late.
BTW have advised that the MSO is clear, however your graph still looks a bit poor. I have sent this case back to BT advising of a failed retest. You ok to monitor over the weekend and update this thread on Monday?

Oh sorry, I didn't think you guys would be working over the bank holiday!
I had a look at my router settings turns out the DMZ was sending ICMP pings to my Xbox One so it was only responding to them when it was on hence loads of red! Once I turned off the DMZ the my TBB graph looks far healthier!

Along with that I tweaked a few other settings on my router so feels pretty stable now.
Latest speedtest (over WiFi as well!)

It tests clear now so I suspect it was to do with a service outage (MSO).
