My brother is currently on a BT FTTH connection in Cornwall, is it possible to migrate straight to the Plusnet trial?

Hi Outrunner,
The process to transfer that to us would involve downtime as the service has to be ceased .
It would likely involve a drop in speeds from 330mb to 80mb for the downstream.
