Plusnet Hub 2 and connecting TP-Link BE3600 Mesh

I have purchased the TP Link 3600 Mesh   when configuring as per the TP link app I'm required to put in the VLAN password along with use name that would be XXXX@Plusdsl.net....... when i go to look in the router admin section it gives me the user name but password is redacted.  Called plusnet they said that we cannot provide this information it would have been first sent to me in welcome pack i cant find such email.    without this password i cannot set up the system. the plusnet lady on the phone had no idea that the VLAN has a different password and user name to their general account portal.  HELP what can i do here???

@Dakkers Its not a VLAN password , its the PPPoE password and it IS the same as the account portal.

For Full Fibre any VLAN ID should be set to 0 or disabled.

Re: Plusnet Hub 2 and connecting TP-Link BE3600 Mesh

@Dakkers  What Plusnet service are you on. If you are setting the PPPoE username and password in the TP-Link with it acting as the router then you need to use the Hub2 in bridge mode as the modem if you are on FTTC or SOGEA (i.e. part fibre service).

Otherwise if you have Full fibre you connect the TP-Link directly to the ONT and do not need the Hub2.
