But he short story is that because of a bug in PN's system, I can't access practically any of my account management after logging in. I get sent to various error pages. That means I can't update my CC details. Once my old CC is deactivated PN won't be able to change me and I'll probably end up getting disconnected and loose my PN FTTP connection.
My latest post in that thread has gone unanswered for over a week and it's been nearly a week since I opened a support ticket on the matter (ID: 204924513). As of yet I have had no reply to that.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

You need a wizard to help you out - @Gandalf
In general terms very few PlusNet staff are trained up on the FTTP Trial so posting on here is always a good idea to find one who is trained.

I'm sorry for the issues you're having with your account. I believe we've fixed the problem with your account so you should now be able to update your card details. If you have any issues, please let me know by replying to this ticket Here and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. Let me know how it goes.
