This sounds like a network fault that only Openreach can fix. Consequently I fear you're going to have to sit it out until the reported problem is fixed.

Hi there.
I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing connection problems.
Our tests aren't finding the cause of the problem so I'd recommend running through the checks here to rule out any potential issues with your internal wiring then raise a fault to us at http://faults.plus.net as we may need to arrange an engineer visit.
Sorry to hear it's still not working.
Our tests are showing that the issue may be internal.
Can you confirm you have the router connected to the master phone socket?
Can you also send us a photo of how you have things connected?
Hiya.
Ive spoken to [CSA Removed] on live chat few days and hes sent us out a new router which has arrived today. Going to connect it up tonight and see if that solves it.
Thanks

Let us know how you get on.
Glad to hear it's working but not that the speeds have dropped.
Our tests aren't showing any cause for this so I'd recommend raising a fault here
From what we can see the speeds have now increased?
Are you able to test the speeds today?
Very odd but at least it's resolved.
Let us know if you have any further issues
