Hi there,
I have today received my router, it is all connected but it tells me that I have no internet. Upon looking at other threads I have gone into the advance settings and the username is setup@. When I change this to my username and password it will not reconnect and the router goes orange and will not let me reconnect again so I have to do a factory reset. The username and password are both correct and I have triple checked this. Any ideas?

@Gorgecheddar Is this a new Plusnet connection, on which service (FTTC?FTTP), and have you been advised by PN that your service is live?

Hi @Gorgecheddar I can see you've had a connection for the last half hour, is it now working for you?
