Don't worry - not a problem at the moment and not likely to be as I rarely exceed half of my 120GB. I only did 10 minutes to "kick-start" the graphs really and will change it to something more sensible.

So is it normal then to have such a uneven download speed ?  as before on 21CN my speed was constant 16 - 17

tried JD speedtester  it ok  but it knackers up gaming while it runs  so had to uninstall

I actually know the guy who actually created the Speedtester. Good friends with him actually from my days as an O2 customer xD
He would actually like to look into this for you but he can't help you on here as he can't sign up to the forum (Not a Plusnet customer)

You shouldn't really be using mybroadbandspeed.co.uk to test speed - see disclaimer at the top right. Speedtest.net is generally more reliable, or the BT Beta tester.

Hi rongtw,
it is probably worth trying a disconnect/reconnect on your router to see if a different gateway helps, although your speedtest.net results show 3 different IP addresses since the speed dropped so the odds are that you have already been on different gateways.  What looks different to most others with download speed drops is the sub 1Mb/s upload speeds.

As I said, I can't recall seeing anyone on the trial with an upload speed that's dropped consistently to about a twentieth of what it should be, hopefully a staff member will pick this up and do some magic.
