Hello, is anyone picking up new FTTP service enquiry tickets? I've had one waiting for nearly a fortnight now - it is 111994488.

Hello, I was pleased to have Openreach visit a few weeks ago to survey for installation of the fibre - as I suspected, it will need a new duct route in.
But since then it has all gone quiet. Any chance of an update? Same ticket as original message.
