My connection keep dropping out

My Plusnet was doing so well until this last week. Now it’s keep dropping out. How do I fix this?

What is your perception of "dropping out"?

When you think it has "dropped out" exactly what do you see - a red light on the ONT?  No red light, then the connection has not dropped out, even if a device reports (incorrectly) "no internet connection".

Do you need to do anything for the "drop out" to cease ... or after the perception of a brief break, doe it all work fine without intervention?

A full description of your internal network set up would be helpful, especially if Ethernet over Power adapters are involved.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

I thought Full Fibre is more reliable? Seem lots of Plusnet users complaint about Full Fibre lately issues with ONT box or Plusnet end?
