Moving house to FTTC

HI,

I've been on the FTTP trial for some time and enjoyed a faultless service from day 1, thank you.

I'm moving house in the new year to a property that only has FTTC available.

I'm long time out of my Plusnet contract .

Is my best approach to contact Customer Service and cancel my existing contract, not mention the FTTP trial and then start up a new contract for the new house ?

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Re: Moving house to FTTC

Hi @keblawben,

Thanks for getting in touch, I appreciate your query.

To advise of a house move you do need to speak to House Moves at our Customer Options Team, they'll be able to check what service will be at your new address. There's no change to the actual procedure for a house move if you are currently on the FTTP trial.

The House Moves team can be contacted directly on 0800 013 2632 between the following hours:

Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 20:00
Saturday: 09:00 - 19:00
Sunday: 09:00 - 18:00

Call wait times to this department are minimal, although they may increase at peak times.

There is no wait time at present.

Thanks - LF
