Issue with fttp trial pages loading and sometimes timing out

I have enjoyed our connection with the FTTP.. in the past it has be reliable and fast.

However over the past month or so we have been having problems.... On various devices (wired and over wifi) pages are only partially loading and sometimes not loading at all.

I have tried resetting our router and contacting technical.... But the reset didnt help and the engineers could not find the problem with a remote test.

Has anyone else had this issue or can someone suggest a possible way to resolve/diagnose the issue.
