Apologies again, there seems to have been some confusion around which package you'd like on the trial.
I've escalated the ticket to myself and should get a notification when you respond, let me know via the ticket which package you'd like and I'll get the order placed today for you.
Well the man with van arrived (unannounced I might add) to run those new cables to my home. They have been here most of the day but still uncompleted because they say there is a problem with the cable some distance away on the main road so, it's traffics light on order once again and that inevitable return visit in order to complete phase one.
Hopefully they will let us know this time
