Re: Internal work

It looks like the provisional appointment has been pushed back by our suppliers. Likely due to engineer availability.

I've updated your FTTP trial ticket with the confirmed date, let us know if it needs re-arranging.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

Re: Internal work

Gandalf, Thank you for your reply, Where will I find the information on the date it's been put back to? I've had no text or email messages yet to inform me of the new date,  I've actually booked a annual leave day for next Wednesday so to be at home for the openreach appointment, I will cancel this leave if my appointment has been put back. I'm at home all day the 10th/11th July if it can be brought forward.

Thank you for your assistance

@Ibluck  Have a look here where you'll probably be able to see the ticket Gandalf is referring to.  (you'll need to log in)

Re: Internal work

Sorry I should have linked you the ticket here. Unfortunately, the 24th is the earliest our suppliers can commit to.

Apologies for the delay.

Re: Internal work

I've done several speed tests, it's running approx 75 / 20 👍 Seems good to me.

Re: Internal work

Hi what's going on? The post i wrote last night has disappeared from my thread?

So here goes again!

Was browsing my online account and it appears I've been assigned to a '18 month unlimited fibre contract' I understood when signing up to the trial my original contract term length would apply?

Also there are pending charges assigned to my account 'cessation charge £30' and also £254.16 both are upon cancellation, what exactly are these? If I change my package in the future I don't want to be getting into any dispute about contract length and these charges that have been applied!

Please advise

Regards

Ps, 2 weeks with FTTP and all going good 😀 Thank you.
