If your are on a trial don't sign up for anything else

I was contacted by Plusnet Telesales team out of the blue and they were trying to sell me more of their products.
I thought ok I go with BT Sport. I asked the lady on the phone several times if this would interfere with me being
on the trial or with my connection to which she said no several times.
After receiving several conflicting emails regarding BT Sport the costs, errors on my order and delays I now been downgraded from 330/30 to 40/30 did not even think this was possible. I have been on the phone for hours on hold, raised a ticket regarding the issue
have been told someone will look into this but nothing so far.
I hope this we'll get sorted soon.
I say it again trial members do not listen to Plusnet Telesales staff as they do not know and cause you nothing but headaches
to get it sorted. I wish a I never picked up the phone.

Hi Thomas, I've sent an email to get your speeds fixed.
I've also passed the feedback on to the person that arranged this package change.
EDIT: Should be fixed now, you'll need to disconnect/reconnect.

After a couple of power downs and restarts I can confirm I am back.
On my iPad 141/33, which is very good for a wireless items.

How did you get on the 330/30 option in the first place? I was under the impression that the trial was only for 80/20 or 40/20. Those were the only two options I was offered anyway...

When the trial first began 330 was offered. Unfortunately no amount of begging will get us anything more than 80 now
