What does https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL , or https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL/AddressHome (if you are on a SoGEA connection) say? A screenshot of the full report would help, obscuring your personal details.

This is the output from the screen and also the broadband checker on OpenReach. I received an email yesterday that stated I could now receive FTTP to my address (I had registered for updates with OpenReach).

It appears from that output that Openreach have not updated the broadband checker to reflect the availability of FTTP - until they do, no ISP will offer the product.

I would keep looking at the Checker on a daily basis in the hope it's just a delay in updating it.
If it doesn't change within the next week or so I would give PN a phone, explain the situation and ask them to look into it.
You could also use the Address version of the Checker and see what it says for your neighbours.

@pcurtis70 It seems to be standard to “advertise” fibre availability as soon as the fibre is laid, but before it is connected in the exchange.
Just keep an eye on the BTW DSL Checker for WBC FTTP to show and then you will be able to see fibre available to order.

There is something not quite right with that availability report, which advises that FTTC is available. FTTC depends on WLR which is NOT available.
There is some possibility of the BTOR database being wrong for your property. It might be worth asking Plusnet to check the details and if necessary, raise an ORDI request.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

When you used the address checker, which details did you enter? The reason I ask is that I have had a not dissimilar thing happen with a friend’s BT connection, which was a nightmare to unravel. In a nutshell, I eventually found two entries for the same property, one with Full Fibre available, the other without. The two entries had slightly different addresses and postcodes.
The key was to use the address finder version of the availability checker (this was a SoGEA service) and look at the list of addresses presented. This gives information in effectively 4 fields. These being the address and postcode, the UPRN, the telephone exchange region and another alphanumeric value unknown to me. In my case the UPRN was missing, despite the address matching that on the telephone bill.
As I understand it from talking to Openreach, the key information relating to the provision of Full Fibre to a property is the geographical Latitude and Longitude, which identifies the UPRN of the property, not the Royal Mail address.
This prompted me to seek the UPRN for the property. Hopefully others can point to an easier way to do it but I ended up using https://www.findmyaddress.co.uk/search. This had to be a general search of the locality and seeking the correct house name but disregarding the rest of the address. This pointed to an address, which the attached map showed to be in the correct location. This database also gives the UPRN.
Using that UPRN in the original availability checker showed Full Fibre to be available. The next step was to convince BT (it took 3 different attempts to speak to an agent with the nouse to understand the issue) to handle the upgrade as a ‘property move’ with full fibre to be installed at the ‘new’ property. The first two were locked in the blinkered ‘computer says no’ mode.
For those seasoned readers wondering how I got help from Openreach, the Full Fibre availability was part of a government funded community partnership deal. On completion of the install Openreach were able to claim a considerable wad of cash from HMG. To be fair, they could not have been more helpful.

@Townman How do I ask Plusnet to check the details? Is there a link to use? The ones in your stationary didn`t seem appropriate.

You need to phone PN support. Try the PlusNet Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632
However, before you do I would use the address version of the Checker on your own property and several neighbours just to be sure. If no one else can get Full Fibre then it's possible the "circuit" for your property hasn't been commissioned yet so is not available.

Hi @pcurtis70
Thank you for your post. In some scenarios there can be a momentary lapse between infrastructure work been done and the records updating with our suppliers.
I have raised a query with Openreach to see if they have a clearer idea as to when full fibre will be available, we will be in contact over the next week or so once we receive a response
Thanks
Lee

As previously stated, it may just be OR haven't completed the network install and were too quick off the mark with the e-mail. I would keep a close eye on the Checker.
If you are served by an overhead line you could look to see if something like the following has been installed. Similar units are put in u/g chambers but you can't see them.
