Full fibre not offered for my flat but other flats in the same building have it

I'm looking at upgrading to full fibre but my only upgrade option at the moment is fibre. I know other flats in the same building have full fibre and if I do a check against one of those addresses I can see full fibre options are available. How do I change this ? It's the same on Openreach.

Call Plusnet sales, explain the issue and ask them to do a gaining supplier BTOR database check.  If there is any confusion over what is required, ask them to check in ALBERT.

Holes in BTOR / BTW's databases are not uncommon.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
