Yesterday our full fibre connection started saying "limited connection" and no internet. I reported it via text message and the AI bot informed me there was an issue in our area, although nothing shows on the network status page. I was then told it would be fixed by 10pm last night but I've got up this morning and it still isn't working. Not the best of starts because I've only had full fibre a couple of weeks.
The LOS light is not lit on the fibre box so there is a connection it's just limited with virtually no speed (less than 1 megabit).
Is the best course of action now to call customer service?

Yes, call customer service. Talk to a human who can do proper diagnosis.
