Full Fibre 900 complete but only getting 60mbps

As the subject says, went live on Full Fibre 900 yesterday, estimated speeds were 900-1000mbps, engineer installed fibre to premises and confirmed all live. Installed the cat 6 cable from box to router but I'm only getting speeds of 60mbps. Is there anything I need to do on the router?

but I'm only getting speeds of 60mbps

Is that using  a wired connection to the router ?

Are you testing wired or wireless?

@bexman77

A reboot of both the ONT and the router might be in order.

However, it might be the PN system hasn't caught up with the fact you're now on Full Fibre and is still giving "old" account speeds.

Re: Full Fibre 900 complete but only getting 60mbps

I think I may have just fixed the issue actually, I was testing wired but the engineer asked me for a Cat 5 cable yesterday to connect to the router, I've just noticed it wasn't Cat 5e, I've swapped the cable and I'm now getting 900mbps. Thanks for the quick response 😀
