Full Fibre 500/900

Hi, I'm interested in upgrading our fibre broadband to one of these new packages, is it possible to confirm if I'm eligible to get the 500 or 900mbps at my address or will I have to phone Plusnet in order to check this?

Also, we're currently paying £12.49 a month through Plusnet for access to BT Sport. Would any new contract we take out for the new fibre affect this? I know we will lose our telephone line which is fine but wanted to make sure the BT Sport access/price would remain unchanged.

Thanks.

@DavidBuxton

Put your phone number in the following. If it shows WBC FTTP in the left hand column and Available to the right then you can get FTTP (at whatever speed you want).

Good news.

You need to phone PlusNet on 0800 013 2632 to discuss your options (contract / price) and then place your order.

Doesn’t say FTTPoD does it?

@DavidBuxton

You're one of the lucky ones. You appear to have good FTTC speeds and WBC FTTP available so you have choices.
