My Fibre Broadband speed is much lower than I expected. Please see below from the Member Centre page;

- Estimated Download Range: 48 - 67Mbps
- Estimated Upload Range: 12 - 18Mbps
- Minimum Guaranteed Speed: 42.6Mbps
- Current Line Speed (Download): 27.6Mbps
Speed tests online show approximately 25Mbps, so in the same ball park, give or take.
I tried using the pinned troubleshooting steps, but the btwholesale speed check wasn't available.
I have even had the Master socket replaced with an NTE5C unit, and there has been no change in speeds. The router is connected directly to the VDSL port on the Master socket with no additional filters plugged in.
