I've sent a message on my ticket to confirm my appointment date and time is still the same and haven't had a reply?

Thanks

@carnview7

This post will probably get moved to the correct forum by one of the Mods.

There is a separate forum "Fibre to the Premises trial"

Re: FTTP trial

Hi there. Welcome to the community forums.

Apologies for the delay in responding. It might be a bit late now but I'm ringing Openreach to confirm your appointment.

I'll post back shortly.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

Re: FTTP trial

Our suppliers can confirm the appointment is still going ahead for this morning, and the job has been allocated to an engineer who might be working on the task as I type this.
