FTTP trial - still no sync

Hi,

I had confirmation of my acceptance onto the FTTP trial.

ONT box installed internally by BTW engineer on 03/08/18

However still no sync or connection, PON light flashing

Update - support thread is showing 2 possible but different explanations, it would be good to know which one is correct.

Hi there.

Apologies for what seems like conflicting information you've received.

The notes that our suppliers have left on your order are essentially very scarce "An issue has been encountered during fulfillment : Cancelled by BT Wholesale" so I'll need to call them to clarify and confirm that the new order is going through as expected.

That said it's entirely possible that both explanations are correct. The first explanation essentially advises that there's a routing issue with the order so it was cancelled so it could be replaced once the routing/records were updated.

I've moved your ticket 179314550 to my own workflow so I can easily follow up with you later on today.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
