FTTP trial - slow download speed

Hi - please can you check if an ADSL profile has been added to my line. I'm on the FTTP trial and don't have copper. Only getting 20mb/s downloads for a while. Thanks

Thanks for your post @cjman I've checked this out for you and there aren't any issues showing that could affect your speeds. Are you testing on a wired or wireless connection?

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
