FTTP speeds average 73 or 87?

After having a chat with one of the support staff. Despite being on FTTP with a profile of 100/15. I'm only getting average download speeds of 73. Prior to this it was 20, but that was a profile issue that they have now fixed (yes I was bearing with this for a year).

However, checking my broadband speed checks dating back to when the trial was running in 2012. I was getting speeds 85-90 average. Is the newer 73 average the norm for all FTTP users? Cheers.

IT looks like the service is currently provisioned on 80/20, which would be in line with the top end fibre package we currently offer on both FTTC or FTTP.
