Hi, I have been on the FTTP trial for several years now and lucky enough to also get on the 330/30 trial. However whilst my current 250Gb product has been sufficient up to now I am starting to do a lot more downloading and wondered if I could change from my current 250gb limited product to an unlimited product and still stay on the 330/30 line speed?
I did try asking this via a support ticket 123727946 but was told I could only change if I go back to ADSL which suggests they don't understand about the FTTP trial. Therefore is there any one from the plus net trial team who can advise if such a chafe is possible or what my options are.

Sounds like you need to stick with what you've got or drop speed to a current product:

The 330/30 is legacy now, unfortunately. You'd have to take the drop in profile speeds.
