FTTP problem in MK probably related to the Manchester problem

PN service status reports that the problem

It's affecting me at least, I cannot get a WAN connection.

I'm in MK and on FTTP and I had no Internet this morning from 10:15 until 11:15 and 20 minutes ago it went again briefly.
When I can't connect I get a Service Information message from BT Wholesale which states that the service should be resumed soon.
