FTTP on new Account and additional property

Hi,

I'm looking to get FTTP installed to an additional property since I've had no issues with my current FTTP.

It would be setup on a separate account.

How would I go about getting this done? it would seem like I need to signup for an existing product on the plusnet site before I can signup for the trial again under a new account?

Regards

Re: FTTP on new Account and additional property

Hi there.

You would need to sign up on a standard package first then go to http://trials.plus.net once it's live.

Let us know if you do this and we'll get it picked up for you.

Re: FTTP on new Account and additional property

Hi Matt,

Would there be no way to go straight to FTTP since its already on the side of the building concerned?

Also what is the general lead time for standard installation vs. direct to FTTP?

Re: FTTP on new Account and additional property

There isn't I'm afraid as the trial is for existing customers and technically you would be a new customer.

With regards to the leadtime if you can PM me the details I'll be able to advise further.
