FTTP not running after 4 weeks

Signed up for trial and had FTTP installed on 18/06/18 and it’s still not live yet.
Openreach engineer somehow installed to wrong telegraph pole on street ( and took our normal fibre out at same time but that’s another story ). He said rather than rewire to correct pole it would be rerouted internally and be up and running within the week.
It wasn’t the order had been cancelled this went on for three weeks until someone realised the order was being cancelled as there was an issue with my address on the BT system this has now been sorted as far as I’m aware but FTTP still not live.
I’ve contacted customer support a few times over last few days to be told an engineer will be out to install FTTP on the 26/07/18 to which I told them the FTTP has already been installed it just needs switching live, someone looked into it and said the two orders just needed linking together and this has now been done. Now had another email to say they’re coming out to install FTTP on the 19/07/18.
I’m losing the will to live this is going into its 5th week, I don’t think the guys on end of phone have idea what they’re doing.
Any help would be appreciated

After checking your open tickets I can see a review date from the FTTP trials team is scheduled from the 18th July 2018.

 

Due to this a further update won't be able to be provided as of yet as the review date has come from our suppliers and not ourselves.

 

I will check on this again for you tomorrow to make sure a member of the specialist FTTP contact you.
