Hi,
FTTP installed yesterday, initial BT speedtests today are:
Downstream (a.m.) : 18,841 Kbps (p.m) 18,826 Kbps
Upstream (a.m.) : 6,211 Kbps (p.m) 13,667 Kbps
BT rate max as :
Down - IP Profile for your line is -106,417 Kbps
Up - IP profile on your line is - 15,000 Kbps
looking forward to getting that max download - have not tried tweaking anything this end to improve it.
Jack

Downstream (a.m.) : 18,795 Kbps (p.m)
Upstream (a.m.) : 15,072 Kbps (p.m)
I'm wondering if my downstream rate is being throttled by some setting or a very low sync rate. Anything I can check my end?
p.s.
router is a ZyXel NBG4604, not the Netgear it says on my Plusnet account

Thanks Chris,
I ran another test at 8:58 and got 18,836 Kbps down, with 15,361 Kbps up.
Maybe the setting takes a while to propagate around? I'll try another test around lunchtime.
Jack

For running the speed test I use a wired connection and the wireless LAN is disabled atm.
