FTTP installed, download stuck on ADSL profile

Hi,
FTTP now installed and working which is great, however my download speed seems to be stuck on my ADSL profile (about 13mbps). Upload is flying at 20mbps
Can you adjust please

It's part of the process, we need someone to manually change your profile once your order has completed.
I've just got this sorted for you now.
